Griffin’s Lodge
Griffin’s Lodge is an eight bedroom/8.5 bath guesthome at River Rim that has its own swimming pool. It sleeps a total of 34 guests. The first floor has a living room-dining room-kitchen with a television and table and bar seating for 26. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, microwave and is fully furnished with dishes, utensils, etc. There is an outdoor cabana in the pool area that has an additional refrigerator, two outdoor tables that seat a total of 12, outdoor seating, a television and two BBQ pits. There is also a half bath in the pool area.
There are three bedrooms with bathrooms downstairs. Bedroom 1 has a king, bedroom 2 has a king, and bedroom 3 has two queen size beds. Upstairs there is an additional living room with a television and five bedrooms with baths. Upstairs bedroom 1 has a king, bedroom 2 has a king, bedroom 3 has a queen bed and queen size bunk bed, bedroom 4 has two queen size bunk beds and bedroom 5 has two queen size bunk beds.
Giffin’s Lodge is perfect for a large family, group of friends, a small corporate retreat, people on hunting trips, or a girls weekend.
