Sam and Beau’s
Sam’s River House and Bo’s Little Villa together make up a complex on County Road 350 just about a four minute drive from River Rim Resort.
Sam’s is a ranch style house with four bedrooms and two bathrooms that sleep 10. Bedroom 1 has a king, bedroom 2 has a queen, bedroom 3 has a full and bedroom 4 has a queen size bunkbed. The living room has a television and is very spacious. It is a part of the dining and kitchen area as well. The kitchen has bar and table seating in addition to a stove, refrigerator and microwave. The kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, glasses, silverware, pots/pans and utensils. The outdoor patio of Sam’s has a BBQ pit, outdoor seating and overlooks the Frio River. You can even enjoy music wafting across the river from the summer dances at Garner State Park.
Bo’s Little Villa is a cottage with a queen size bed, kitchenette with a small refrigerator and microwave as well as a bathroom with a shower. Bo’s accommodates two guests and rents together with Sam’s to serve a total of 12 guests.
Sam and Bo’s can be rented together or separately during the off-season. They can also be rented monthly during the off-season.
